Scooter Battery Set Up

| Battery in the box. |
Remove battery and Eloctrolytes from box.

Remove lid from top of battery in preparation to fill the battery with electrolytes.

Remove caps from electrolyte container. Place on top of the battery. Lining up the holes. CAREFUL NOT TO SPILL ELECTROLYTES! Push electrolyte container into the battery. WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES!

Once electrolytes are secured into the battery, poke holes in the top of the electrolyte container releasign the electrolytes into the battery.

Squeeze all electrolytes into battery. Careful not to spill. Fill all the way to the top. If you spill some, top the battery off with water.

Replace lid. You can use a rubber mallet to secure, but be gentle.
|
Let battery sit for 1/2 hour. Then charge battery for 12-14 hours with a 2amp/12volt battery charger.

Once battery is charged, Slide square nut into positive and negative terminal.
|
Attach bolt to negative wire, then srew bolt into negative terminal.
|
Attach bolt to negative wire, then srew bolt into negative terminal.

Attach bolt to positive wire, then srew bolt into positive terminal.
|
Attach bolt to positive wire, then srew bolt into positive terminal.
|
Attach bolt to positive wire, then srew bolt into positive terminal. Place battery back into compartment on scooter.
