Our warranty is easy to understand, and outlaid for you, our valued customer, below: 12 Month Warranty12 Month Warranty includes engine and all engine components. Bumper-to-Bumper WarrantyEagle Power Sports guarantees all of our products from manufacturer's defects within the first 90 days from the date that you receive your item. This is our standard "parts only" warranty that comes with each unit. This warranty covers factory defects only.Eagle Power Sports does not cover parts broken by the user. We will not be responsible for the shipping costs of the warranty part(s) . All warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay a standard $12.00 shipping and handling fee. Eagle Power Sports recommends that you contact a small engine mechanic to make repairs on your product. File a ClaimTo file a claim within your warranty, call us at 877-300-5271. We require that the original part be returned to us along with a brief description of the nature of the problem. Items are covered for regular use, and if we determine that the problem is due to abuse or misuse, that might not be covered under warranty. In this case, the customer may incur the charges for the repair. We will make the final decision regarding if the merchandise is covered or not upon our reciept of the item(s). The units we sell are all 4 stroke and typically are easy to work on. Most people that work on motorcycles can perform service on our products. If you are not comfortable servicing one of our products, we recommend that you find a local small engine mechanic in your area. Often, we have found that any typical lawn mower repair shop is capable of servicing our products. Our techs are available to assist you with questions about your unit and are highly knowledgeable about our products. Extended Parts CoverageYou may extend your 3 month manufacturer defective part warranty to a 6 month part warranty for $39 on 50cc to 110cc units and $69 on 125cc to 300cc units. You may also extend your 3 month manufacturer defective part warranty to a 12 month part warranty for $69 on 50cc to 110cc units and $119 on 125cc to 300cc units. Add the one that best fits you when placing your order. ReturnsDefects caused by the manufacturers are the only ones that will be covered. There are no refunds on items that have been used. All sales are final. Eagle Power Sports makes every effort to ensure that our products are functional and damage free prior to shipment from our warehouse. Each customer must inspect the shipment while the shipping company is at your door. Merchandise returned to Eagle Power Sports within a seven (7) days must be in 100% new condition, and be able to be resold. If it is its original condition, and meets warranty requirements, Eagle Power Sports will provide a refund less a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Also, the product must be in a box without any signs of assembly or usage. Mechandise that has been used, abused, damaged, worn, or ridden will not be a cause for a refund. Also, Eagle Power Sports recommends that you research the details regarding the legality of scooters & ATV's in your state. DamagesDamages that may occur due to customer misuse or improper care and maintenance (including but not limited to exceeding the weight limit, negligence by the user, or blatant misuse of normal intended operations) are not covered under the warranty. To better help our customers locate issues on their units, we may ask that the warranty part be sent to our parts department for inspection and testing for defects. If asked to send the parts, no warranty parts will be sent out until parts are received. Now this is only if we ask, which we typically do not. This warranty is provided to the original customer and is non transferable. There is no agreement or warranty, expressed or implied other than those stated in this agreement. Okay, just a little bit more to go and we’re finally done. Eagle Power Sports does not provide or pay for labor and is not responsible for the payment of damages for incidental or consequential loss arising from injury. Ride at your own risk. All sales are final. Returns or Exchanges are not offered under any circumstance. We do sell awesome products so this shouldn’t even be an issue. Shipping DamageEagle Power Sports safely packs and crates all units prior to shipping out of our warehouse. In the event that an item has been lost or damaged during shipping, please call 877-300-5271. The buyer must have shipping insurance at the time of the initial order in order to be eligible for replacement or reimbursement. Again, be sure to inspect your package when it arrives. Eagle Power Sports ATV Warranty90 DAYS OR 2,000 KM LIMITED WARRANTY - PARTS ONLY, LABOR NOT INCLUDED. Please read carefully this entire warranty document, to fully understand the warranty offered to our customers. Eagle Power Sports offers our customer’s a 90 day/2000km limited warranty from the date of delivery of your ATV. Limited warranty is for defects from the manufacturer only. Should purchaser have a part that needs replacing, they should go to www.eagleatvparts.com . We recommend that you contact a certified small engine mechanic to perform repairs on your vehicle. Any damages that occur due to misuse or improper care of the vehicle including but not limited to exceeding the weight limit (240lbs), shipping damages, accidents, or gross misuse of normal intended operations are not covered under the warranty. WARNINGS This product is to be operated in accordance with all city, state, county, and federal laws. Always wear eye protection, a helmet, and protective clothing. Never carry passengers. Be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Never engage in stunt riding. Riding and alcohol/drugs don’t mix. Avoid excessive speed. Remember to ride your Eagle Power Sports ATV using common sense and avoiding recklessness. RISKS INHERENT TO OPERATION Operating a Eagle Power Sports ATV involves risks and dangers involving serious bodily injury. These risks and dangers also include but are not limited to paralysis, disability, dismemberment, and death. These inherent risks may be the result of purchaser’s own actions or non-actions involving: themselves, others, or specific circumstances of the activity occurring, or the neglect or negligence of themselves and or others. There may be other risks known or unknown to Purchaser. Purchaser assumes all risks and fully assumes and accepts responsibility for events that may not be foreseeable including economic loss, social distress, losses, costs, and damages caused as a result of person’s vehicle riding activities. PURCHASING RESPONSIBILITIES Purchaser understands the nature of riding motor vehicles and motorcycle riding activities and acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate an ATV as purchased from Eagle Power Sports. Person understands that they must abide by state laws and be in proper physical condition to ride a Eagle Power Sports ATV. If purchaser is not familiar with how to operate a Eagle Power Sports ATV, purchaser should seek professional training and be fully competent before riding their ATV. Purchaser is also responsible to inspect and insure motor vehicle before using it to make sure that the motor vehicle is safe to use and in riding order. LICENSING & REGISTRATION Laws vary from state to state, and Eagle Power Sports makes no guarantees or claims that the motor vehicle you purchase is legal for operation in your particular city, county, or state. If required in your city or state, purchaser is responsible to operate and register motor vehicle in accordance with state and local laws and ordinances. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS: ENGINE: Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. rings, pistons, pins, crankshaft and, main bearings, the connecting rods, and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve push rods, valve lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head (s), engine block and cylinder barrels will be covered if they are solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The Cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fans. TRANSFER CASE: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damage solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case. DIFFERENTIAL: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing. TRANSMISSION (Automatic or Standard): All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The Complete hydraulic system must be flushed including integral transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING PARTS: 1. Tires 2. All belts 3. Brake parts 4. All cables 5. All filters 6. Spark plugs 7. Bulbs 8. Batteries 9. Sprockets 10. External springs 11. Seat and hand grips 12. Rubber parts 13. Cracked or scratched body panels We offer an exception to all of these non-covered parts. Within two days of taking receipt of your ATV, if any of these parts are defective or missing, we will replace them under warranty under these circumstances. 1. We must be contacted in writing by emailing us at  within the two day time period. 2. The atv has not been ridden. 3. We will require a photo of the defective part, and in some cases, the actual part will have to be shipped to us before a replacement part can be shipped. All labor, including removing the defective parts and replacing them, is not covered by Big Chief MotorSports. COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS IMPORTANT: You must have a professional mechanic (a small engine repair shop, motorcycle shop, or local auto repair shop) assemble your new ATV and do the prep work to assure your ATV is in good working condition. We recommend having a professional mechanic perform warranty work on your ATV. Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, Eagle Power Sports agrees (at its election) to replace a covered component if the covered component fails within the component stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by its original manufacturer. LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: Eagle Power Sports does not pay for labor for the removal and replacement of such component (s) or part (s). IMPORTANT NOTES This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll send the part within 5 days, or let you know the lead time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from overseas and may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. All warranted parts must first be sent to our Parts Department, at the owner's expense, for inspection and testing for defects. Until the parts are sent to us, replacement parts will not be sent under warranty. Contact our Parts Dept. at . Items and conditions that are specifically excluded from this warranty program are: • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence or improper vehicle operation. • Any modifications or alteration of any standard specifications or equipment. • Damage caused by failure to perform factory recommended service maintenance. • Damage which occurs as a result of improper storage. • Damage caused by the use of improper fuel or lubricants. THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF: 1. EAGLE POWER SPORTS IS NOT PROVIDED A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY FOR INSPECTION OF A COVERED COMPONENT PRIOR TO REMOVAL, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY COVERED COMPONENT. 2. THE DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY A NON-COVERED COMPONENT OR PART OR BY ANY PART OR COMPONENT NOT PURCHASED FROM GS MOTORWORKS . 3. THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER, AND/OR FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS. LIMITED WARRANTY TRANSFER LIABILITY This Agreement is provided to the original purchaser and is non transferable. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. GS MOTORWORKS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART. TOWING CHARGES: All towing charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. NO OTHER AGREEMENT: There are no other agreements between the parties with regards to the components purchased except as stated in this agreement & limited warranty. IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT OFFERED BY EAGLE POWER SPORTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
