Tighten fender bolts.

Locate wheel spacer. Locate wheel spacer.

 

Remove disc brake spacer. Disc brake spacer removed. Retrieve front wheel.

 

Retrieve wheel spacer. Insert wheel spacer. Insert wheel, slip into disc brake.

 

Insert wheel, slip into disc brake. Attach speedometer cable. Attach speedometer cable.

 

Insert axle bolt. Secure axle bolt with nut. Secure axle bolt with nut.

 

Tighten nut well. Tighten nut well. *Prepare battery for installation.  Locate battery compartment under foot mat.

 

Remove battery compartment lid. Battery compartment. Attach negative wire to battery.

 

Attach negative wire to battery. Attach positive wire to battery. Attach positive wire to battery.

 

Attach positive wire to battery. Place battery in compartment. Carefully place wires in place and replace lid.

Spark plug under cover. Install mirrors, twist slow at first being careful not to strip threads. Oil drain screw.

 

Fill oil here. Dip stick for measuring oil. Handle bars.

 

A: Stop switch.
B: Start switch.

A: High/low beam.
B: Turn signal.
C: Horn.

Oil overflow tube.

 

Fuel tank. Fuse (in battery compartment). A: Emissions info.
B: Frame number.

 

VIN Number. Raising the seat; turn key to the right or left. Seat will pop by itself. A: Center stand.
B: Kick stand.
